The Interfraternity Council at UC Davis consists of one member from each fraternity chapter and an excecutive board. Delegates and board members work together to improve Greek life at UCD, host philanthropic events and serve as mediator between fraternities and the university.
We, the representative members of the Fraternity Community of The University of California, Davis, believing that the social Greek Letter fraternity is an inherent part of the University community, do establish this constitution. We hereby grant delegates to the Interfraternity Council such powers and responsibilities as are necessary to serve the following ends:
To create, maintain, and perpetuate better relationships among the men’s social fraternities and their respective members..
The Interfraternity Council (IFC) serves as the governing body of the fraternities at The University of California, Davis. There are currently 21 IFC fraternities at the Capstone. For more than 50 years, fraternities have excelled in academics, leadership, athletics, and service. The University of California, Davis is known for its strong Greek system and commitment to excellence. The IFC serves its members by sponsoring several enriching programs throughout the year. IFC constantly works with the Panhellenic Association to further strengthen and support the Davis Greek community's values and vision.
